Pasta Night: Rolling, Twirling, and Savoring: An Italian Feast

Learn to make fresh pasta from scratch paired with a rich, flavorful Bolognese ragù, a crisp and refreshing side salad, and the iconic tiramisu for dessert. Perfect for beginners and food enthusiasts alike, this class offers a delicious taste of Italy and a fun culinary experience.

What to Expect

  • Interactive and Fun Environment: Work alongside fellow students in groups of 2–4, sharing workstations and equipment in a lively, hands-on setting led by Sonya, The Yarra’s chef and owner.

  • Shared Meal: After cooking, enjoy the fruits of your labor together in a delicious shared meal.

  • Class Duration: Each class lasts approximately 3 hours, including both cooking and dining time.

  • Small Group Setting: Class sizes are capped at 8 students to ensure a personalized experience.

  • Active Participation: You’ll be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class, so comfortable, closed-toe shoes are recommended. Please tie back long hair for safety.

Important Information

The Yarra’s recipes use a variety of common cooking and baking ingredients, including fruits, vegetables, nuts, meats, spices, and wheat flours. If you have any food allergies, please contact us in advance to discuss your needs. Note that recipe adjustments cannot be made during class.
